I don’t know anybody who doesn’t have excessive stress on their shoulders. In this day and age, we all worry about relationships, money, our kids, our looks, our jobs. I wish I could give this book to every high school kid. It would equip them with a life skill that I wish I had at a much younger age.

Carnegie manages to present a non-fiction book in a way that is still engaging. His advice comes with compelling stories about real people. They used his ways to conquer their worrying habits. He also throws in some great wisdom and life lessons. How to stop worrying and start living gets a ten out of ten. I want everybody to read and experience this great book.
